PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 FALL SEASON IS OPEN (FOR U6 - U19 PLAYERS)

COACH REGISTRATION IS ALSO OPEN. All head coaches, assistant coaches and volunteers must register.

The link for registration is located at the bottom of this page. Please read the following information before starting the registration process.

If you registered in the system in a previous year, you have an existing member account. You need to login using this account and password. If you have forgotten your password, check the box indicating "I FORGOT my account information."  The system will forward your login and password in separate messages to your email address. If you have changed your email address, this won't work. Contact us at qasoccer@gmail.com for assistance (it might take a day or two to get back to you). 

If you are new to the Queen Anne Soccer Club, simply follow the instructions to set up a member account. You'll need to know what age group category your player should be at. See age group chart for assistance.

All players need to be registered at their appropriate age group, even if they are playing up (i.e., playing for an older age group) so that their birthdate information is correct.

Payment may be made by credit card or by check via mail after registration. Registration is not confirmed for mail-in registration until payment is received.

If you cannot register online, you may contact the QASC at qasoccer@gmail.com and someone will get back to you within a few days to set up a time to take your information over the phone.

The fees for the program for the 2010-2011 fall season are as follows:

For the Fall 2010-11 Season: $25 will be deducted from the total registration fees for families with more than one player registering for the fall season.

Birth Certificates

Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires that we keep a copy of a certified birth certificate on file for each player. Coaches and Team Parents will be responsible for ensuring we have certificates on file. A copy of a passport is a satisfactory substitute. A hospital birth certificate is not sufficient. We will follow-up with collection of certificates once team assignments have been made.

Scholarship Program

Need-based scholarships are available for part or all of the registration fee. Forward a request for scholarship via e-mail to qasoccer@gmail.com or request a scholarship using the mail-in registration process.

 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee for players choosing not to play. Full refunds will be given if we cannot find a team for you. No refunds after September 12, 2010. 

COACHES REGISTER NOW 

REGISTER NOW - Player registration for U6 and older is now open.

U6, U7 and U8 player registration is open when we have enough coaches volunteer. The number of players we can register at the these levels depends on the number of volunteer coaches we have.
